Outdoor Concert in the Park Featuring Johnny V

From 4:00PM to 6:30PM

Join the Hancock Park District & the Hope House staff for a free public concert at Riverbend Recreation Area. The concert will take place in the Brugeman Lodge parking lot on October 25 from 4 PM-6:30 PM. Food will be available for purchase provided by the Masonic Community Involvement Committee. They will have hot chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, soft drinks, water and an assortment of candy available during the show. You can schedule a tractor-drawn hayride, reserve a shelter, or camp site in advance to make for a fun full day at the park. Gather your family and friends to join Johnny V, the Hope House and the Hancock Park District staff for an amazing free concert in the park. The Hancock Park District partnered with the Hope House to help raise donations to assist less fortunate individuals and families during the holiday season. The concert is free; however, if you are able to donate canned goods, diapers (sizes 2 and up), wipes, towels, wash cloths, large trash bags, Lysol spray, disinfectant wipes, laundry, dish and body soap; the Hope House staff will be there to collect any items you’d like to donate during the concert featuring Johnny V! Johnny V (Vermilye) as a musical artist likes to stay “true to himself.” A singer and songwriter with a complex sound that transcends genres, his bluesy, folk, Americana sound has a flavorful twist that keeps an audience’s attention. CITY CEMETERY CLEAN UP, FOSTORIA

The Fall clean-up at Fountain Cemetery will take place on October 5th (weather permitting). Lot owners are asked to remove all Summer decorations from their lots before October 5th, 2015. Any remaining items, with the exception of those directly on the stone, will be disposed of by cemetery employees. Lot owners are asked to wait until October 9th, 2015 before placing new Fall and Winter decorations on their lots.
