The Blanchard Valley Chapter of the Veterans of the Battle of the Bulge will hold its quarterly meeting at Kathy's Korner in Arcadia. The business meeting will be at 11am, followed by lunch at noon and time to reminisce and share memories of the greatest land battle fought by the American Military. Any world war II veteran who participated in the Battle of the Bulge is invited to attend as well as their family and friends and other veterans. For more information, call 419-435-3588.

Photorealistic watercolor paintings by area residents will be on display at Wesley Memorial Art Gallery and Garden, October 1, 2015 through November 29th. They are students of Findlay, Ohio professional artist, Laura Barnhardt Corle. The Gallery, a member of the Fostoria Community Arts Council, is located at 1200 Van Buren St., Fostoria, in the handicapped accessible narthex of Wesley United Methodist Church.
